About Manda Gae Miller
Manda Gae Miller is a voiceover actor, content creator, and tv and media personality. She was born the youngest of four in Chicago, Illinois. About six months later her parents moved to the suburbs to Westfield, NJ. From the time anyone in the family can remember "Manda" was performing and sometimes "acting up". She made up a song when she was a youngster about being a star that her grandmother encouraged her to sing at every family event, "I wanna be a star...not the kind that shine at night...but the kind that sings the best...over all the rest...the star I wanna be some day!"
But as Manda grew up she wasn't focused on being a star, she wanted to be an accomplished artist. She worked on her craft, taking many classes in singing, dancing, and acting. She was performing in every single play and musical that was available in her area, sometimes ten a year. She was happy to be on stage doing what she loved the most. In High School, she had a great opportunity to take her passion to the next level. She was accepted into a small class at Circle in the Square Theatre School, in New York City. She loved to work on her art everyday and this experience prepared Amanda Gae for the intense environment she was about to have in her conservatory in college.
After Circle in the Square Manda was thrilled to be accepted into a very small class of BFA students, studying Acting, at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers. She studied with many great teachers- including Barbara Marchant and Kevin Kittle, as well as Leonard Petit. After an interesting turn of events (everything happens for a reason) directly after college Manda earned her MA in education. She is a certified teacher in NJ and NYC and has been for quite some time. Manda always enjoys bringing the arts into education.
Today you can listen to Manda doing voiceovers, or watch Manda in her national tv, media, and social media spots. She is thrilled to create content and is working on her first podcast. These days Manda only sings the star song every once in a while...She spends her time teaching Pre-K in a wonderful elementary school in Chelsea (NYC), creating content and participating in media projects, working with her trainer at the gym and volunteering at St. Ann's Soup kitchen, where she directs a literacy program. She also loves traveling and spending time with her best friend, husband, and biggest fan Rich!
